Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$23.00 per hour
What’s a typical day as a Facilities Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:
• Utilizing various hand tools to perform inspections and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Assisting with plumbing installations and troubleshooting HVAC systems, including repairs and maintenance.
• Maintaining equipment records and submitting completed documents to the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for review.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED and three years of work experience in at least one building trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Possess knowledge of maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, along with carpentry skills.
• Are willing to learn and adapt to new skills needed for the operation of all facility equipment.
