What’s a typical day as an Administrative Support Specialist? You’ll be:

Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files

Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communications

Checking documents for accuracy and handling confidential information

Supporting internal operations through Outlook, Word, and internal systems
-
Reporting to office leadership and functioning independently throughout the day
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Have professional experience in administrative or office support roles

Are a self-starter who can take initiative and work independently

Have experience in the lumber industry or similar fields (preferred but not required)

Are computer-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Word
-
Experience with BisTrack is a plus, but not required
