Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Multimedia Marketing Specialist / Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies within the manufacturing industry. This role focuses on the development, implementation, and performance analysis of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. You’ll oversee email marketing, social media, event planning, SEO, and PPC while working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and agency partners.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing strategy, elevate brand presence, and contribute directly to business growth. You’ll also manage an Email Marketing Coordinator and serve as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate timelines and marketing calendars across campaigns.
- Conduct competitive research and leverage insights for campaign refinement.
- Email Marketing
- Own all email marketing efforts using Klaviyo.
- Manage segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization.
- Supervise the Email Marketing Coordinator.
- Digital Marketing Oversight
- Lead digital initiatives in collaboration with agency partners (SEO, PPC).
- Analyze Google Analytics to assess and optimize website performance.
- Drive improvements in traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Social Media & Content
- Manage company presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create content calendars and ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor trends and audience engagement.
- Events & Trade Shows
- Plan and manage logistics for in-person events.
- Oversee event budgeting, setup, and follow-up performance reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with IT to define and implement technical marketing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches and messaging.
- Tools & Reporting
- Use CRM systems like Helpscout, Facts, and Google Suite for marketing operations.
- Provide performance dashboards and insights to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B environment
- Experience in digital marketing from a manufacturer
- Proficiency in Klaviyo, or similar system
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).
- Experience managing vendors and marketing agencies.
- Strong skills in Excel and email platforms (preferably Gmail).
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Demonstrated success in running integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
