Kelly Services, in partnership with Nissan North America, is currently recruiting for a Coordinator for its Dallas Parts Distribution Center (PDC). If this sounds interesting to you read on for more details and apply today!
Pay: $21.75/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5:00pm
What does a typical day as a Coordinator for PDC look like?
You’ll be responsible for:
- Data entry for PDC reports, including Excel and Access based programs.
- Logs vacation requests and attendance issues.
- Manual and electronic filing, printing, etc.
- Breakdown/Distribution of management and operator productivity reports.
- Assists the facility in various tasks, ie handling dealer claims, dealer order tracking/support, dealer return program, budget tracking, dealer contacts.
- Processes inbound and outbound carrier damage claims.
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel a major plus) coupled with a willingness to learn new processes and programs (training is provided)
- Enhanced customer focused skills, willingness to engage in and address issues as they arise
- A high school diploma
