- Pay: $22 – $24 per hour (plus $1.00 extra for 2nd and 3rd shifts)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2nd and 3rd shifts
- Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
- Use hand tools and instructions to assemble components
- Prepare moulds for the next process
- Apply and remove materials as needed
- Trim and sand components
- Apply gelcoats; sand and buff surfaces
Requirements:
- Stand/walk for long hours
- Read instructions and do basic math
- Use hand/power tools
- Lift up to 40lbs
- Work well with a team and focus on safety
- Aim for high-quality work
- Positive attitude and willingness to improve
