Kelly Services is seeking experienced Printed Circuit Board (PCB) soldering technicians for a busy electronics Manufacturer located in Melbourne, FL 32904
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Shifts available
2nd shift- 3:30pm-11:30pm (train on 1st)

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will hold an active IPC Certification and have proven experience in soldering PCB boards. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to our success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering of PCB boards in compliance with active IPC Certification standards.
- Ensure all soldering processes adhere to safety standards.
- Inspect and test all soldered components to guarantee quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and repair any defective components as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all soldering activities.
- Assist in the training and development of new technicians.
Qualifications:
- Active IPC Certification.Required; J-STD Certification required if Expired not more than 2 years ago.
- Extensive experience soldering PCB boards.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in soldering.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective time management capabilities.
