Kelly’s customer is a fast-paced and customer-focused distribution company that prides itself on efficient service and strong client relationships. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a temporary to permanent part-time Customer Service Representative to work for their Belleville, ON, office, where you will support our team and ensure our clients continue to receive excellent service.

 

The Part-Time Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues. This individual will work closely with internal teams such as sales, warehouse, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online portals in a professional and timely manner

  • Enter and process customer orders in the system accurately

  • Provide product, pricing, and order status information

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery

  • Manage returns, credits, and resolve customer issues efficiently

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Assist with updating customer account information

  • Support other administrative or customer service tasks as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferably in distribution, manufacturing, or logistics)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset

 

Perks:

  • Work Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 1:00pm (20 hours/week)

  • Salary ranges from $20 – $24 per hour

  • Supportive and team-oriented work environment
