Job Title: Commissions Manager/Specialist
Department: Compensation & Reporting
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm | Remote
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commissions Manager/Specialist to support compensation and billing operations for our Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor teams. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, a background in financial services, and experience working with compensation systems and data processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly technology fees, payment offsets, and non-cash incentive programs
- Oversee Premium Services billing and NetX360 entitlements
- Run and review monthly/quarterly commission calculations
- Research and resolve compensation discrepancies
- Support internal and external audits
- Process failed payments and reissues
- Track invoice billing and accounts payable for BLS/BLAS
- Audit compensation data for accuracy and integrity
- Assist with Direct to Fund uploads and DTCC implementations
- Collaborate across departments and support system troubleshooting
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with a Broker Dealer and/or Registered Investment Advisor
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
- Experience with Xtiva/Purefacts or similar compensation platforms
- Familiarity with Envestnet and NetX360
- Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Mid-Level: $36 – $45/hour
- Senior-Level: $45 – $55/hour
