Job details
We are looking for an experienced Aircraft Painter II to join our team. In this role, you will safely prepare, paint, and detail aircraft while ensuring all work meets company and FAA quality standards. This position works under minimal supervision and plays a key part in maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform aircraft surface preparation, painting, and detailing

Use tools and equipment such as sanders, sprayers, and lift platforms

Follow procedures for handling chemicals and using protective equipment

Maintain and care for shop tools and equipment
-
Ensure compliance with all safety rules and FAA documentation

Assist with aircraft movement in hangars

Participate in continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in related paint processes

Aircraft industry experience preferred
-
Valid Driver’s License required
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents

Must be able to work any shift and in confined spaces
-
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and pass a Pulmonary Function Test for respirator use

Computer literacy required
