Kelly is seeking candidates for a temporary Associate Technician role in Quality Control.
Position: Associate Technician – Quality Control
Duration: June 2, 2025 – August 31, 2025
Location: Marlborough, MA
Qualifications:
- SUMMER Position***
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in the Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Excel and preferably statistical software (JMP, Minitab, etc.)
- 2+ years of lab experience with some experience in an industrial setting is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- HR Quality data entry and raw material/product release to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
- Analytical and application testing to support product data generation, customer complaints/requests, root cause investigations, development of incoming quality control, Gage R&R analyses, and other non-routine testing.
- Drafting, updating, and reviewing analytical and quality procedures.
- Updating SAP and internal quality control systems to reflect changes in testing and/or procedures through MOC process.
- Assist Quality engineers with data extraction and compilation.
- Work cross functionally with other teams for routine customer complaints to establish root cause and resolution.
