Maintenance Technician
Kelly® Engineering is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a contract-to-hire position with a manufacturer in Washington, MO. If you are passionate about shaping the world we live in and are ready to reengineer your future, trust the experts at hiring experts.
2nd shift: 4PM – 12AM plus OT
Overview
Our client has assembly, fabrication and machining processes.
Your focus will be to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, with some responsibilities for facility & utility maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform PMs and repairs on CNC machinery and throughout the facility
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulics and electrical issues.
- Read blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, engineering specifications, and work orders.
- Effectively communicate with production staff and leadership to investigate machinery issues, equipment downtime, etc.
- Execute work orders efficiently while observing safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years troubleshooting, repair & maintenance of CNC production machinery
- Competency in mechanical repair and troubleshooting
- Competency troubleshooting machinery electrical including working with high voltage
- Safety focused
- Basic computer skills
- High School Diploma
