Kelly Engineering is hiring an experienced Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a groundbreaking medical manufacturing facility in Janesville, Wisconsin.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor engineers on instrumentation and control (I&C) technology

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track

Review and guide the design of digital and analog control systems (DCS, PLC, DAQ)

Select and specify the right sensors, instruments, and power sources

Own the design, procurement, and installation of assigned control equipment

Prepare technical specs, wiring diagrams, test plans, and installation drawings
What We’re Looking For:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
-
5 -10+ years of experience in I&C engineering (nuclear or manufacturing industries preferred)

Solid knowledge of control systems, hardware, and software
-
Experience with plant startups and safety-related systems
-
Comfortable making key decisions and asking the right questions when needed
