Job details
The Warehouse Operator handles loading and unloading materials with warehouse equipment, maintains inventory records, and ensures efficient shipping and receiving operations while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipts using the Consumables Management System WASP.
- Create labels for new bin locations as needed.
- Verify and store incoming shipments.
- Enter receipts into the ERP system within 24 hours.
- Coordinate transfer of materials and resolve receiving issues.
- Monitor inventory for outbound shipments.
- Prepare and track shipments, resolving any issues.
- Adhere to company safety standards and maintain certifications.
- Perform equipment inspections and maintain regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Skills:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and cGMP.
- Must have Forklift operator experience.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This role requires physical activity and attention to detail to support efficient warehouse operations.
