Hiring Now!! Multiple Openings for a National Data Automation Company.
Data Platform Specialist
Contract role through the end of year. (Dec. 31, 2025) With potential to be extended or permanent hire.
Shift- Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm. Possible hybrid schedule after training.
Pay- $23/hour
Location- Williamsville, NY
Duties:
- Supporting platform operations through strong accuracy, and detailed data entry
- Reviewing and processing data requests, identifying exceptions in quoting and ordering systems, and maintaining data accuracy within internal platforms.
- Engaged in generating business intelligence reports and supporting data workflows that enhance the digital platform services.
- Skilled in business reporting, Excel-based automation, and internal dashboard usage.
- Interpret operational trends and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders
Skills Needed:
- Strong accurate Data Entry using Excel. Power Bi a plus
- Able to create and present reports
- High attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate as a team to find root cause solutions
Requirements:
- 2 year college degree or equivalent experience
- or 3 years of experience in a functional area
- or High School diploma with 5 years of functional experience.
