Data Platform Specialist 

Contract role through the end of year.  (Dec. 31, 2025) With potential to be extended or permanent hire.   

Shift- Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.  Possible hybrid schedule after training. 
Pay- $23/hour
Location- Williamsville, NY

Duties: 

• Supporting platform operations through strong accuracy, and detailed data entry
  

• Reviewing and processing data requests, identifying exceptions in quoting and ordering systems, and maintaining data accuracy within internal platforms.
  

• Engaged in generating business intelligence reports and supporting data workflows that enhance the digital platform services.
  

• Skilled in business reporting, Excel-based automation, and internal dashboard usage.
  

• Interpret operational trends and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders

Skills Needed:

• Strong accurate Data Entry using Excel.  Power Bi a plus
  

• Able to create and present reports
  

• High attention to detail 
  

• Ability to collaborate as a team to find root cause solutions

Requirements:

• 2 year college degree or equivalent experience
  

• or 3 years of experience in a functional area
  

• or High School diploma with 5 years of functional experience.
