Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Shift Starts at 02:30 PM Monday-Friday (2nd Shift).

- works closely with quality engineers and other stakeholders to uphold quality assurance practices and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Identify and document any deviations, defects, or non-conformities during the production process.
- Analyze and troubleshoot quality issues to determine root causes.
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests on raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Utilize appropriate tools, instruments, and equipment to conduct quality inspections and tests.
- Document inspection and test results accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment used in quality testing.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or relevant education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a quality technician or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production equipment.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Understanding of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
