– Managing the Promo Mats processes from creation to approval, ensuring compliance with company and pharmaceutical standards.
– Collaborating with sales, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to maintain alignment and compliance with industry regulations.
– Assisting in planning and coordinating marketing initiatives for trade shows, conferences, and events.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have 2+ years of experience with medical/regulatory/legal review, particularly in the pharmaceutical field.
– Possess proficiency in Veeva Vault Promo Mats and end-to-end processes.
– Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
