Position: Customer Service Associate
Location: Modesto, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30AM – 5:00PM (3 days per week)
Pay Rate: $22.00/HR
Part Time position
Summary:
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team in Modesto, CA. This part-time role provides essential support to our Customer Service, Sales, and Operations teams, helping ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments.
If you’re a great communicator, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable using computers, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily customer service activities
- Assist with project management and onboarding of new customers and jobs
- Help facilitate communication between sales, customers, and production departments
- Contribute to internal coordination to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Walk around the production & warehouse areas to pick up materials & samples for customers
- Pick up mail & packages from different departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus
