INVOICING ADMIN
Location: Hampton, VA (ONSITE)
Schedule: 8am-5pm ET, Monday-Friday
Pay: $18/hr
What’s a typical day as an Invoicing Admin? You’ll be:
• Processing invoices, batches, and reports for assigned clients on time and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Researching and resolving customer complaints/issues related to invoice processing, such as late/missing invoices, late payments and late fees, incorrect coding, and improper batching.
• Collaborating with internal groups, project managers, clients, and carriers to promptly handle all clients’ issues.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have an associate degree or high school diploma with relevant experience working with multiple clients.
• Have experience in customer support.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Have the ability to prepare and format management reports, graphs, charts, and spreadsheets.
• Can review and analyze data and information from multiple sources.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
• Pay attention to detail and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
