Job Opportunity: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Grand Forks, ND at a leading manufacturing company

Schedule:
- Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5am – 5:30pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday -Thursday 3:30pm – 2:00am (Friday is OT day)
- Initial weekday shift training for up to 2 months
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HVAC & VRF systems
- Maintain essential equipment (e.g., ovens, paint booths)
- Use Building Management System for facility temperature control
- Perform remodeling and ensure cleanliness of work areas
- Snow removal as needed
Qualifications:
- HVAC certification (preferred)
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (required)
- Two-year college degree or 3-5 years relevant experience
- Computer skills and valid driver’s license
- Detail-oriented, team player
