Job Summary:
Join Kelly Services as an Engineering Operations Manager in a contract-to-permanent position to lead our controls engineering team in delivering essential automation solutions. You’ll oversee projects in Automotive R&D Testing, Hazardous Environment Gas Detection, and Industrial Process Control sectors. We are seeking a professional with expertise in control systems integration and process instrumentation.
Pay
$75/HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor electrical and controls engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical oversight on control system design and integration.
- Develop engineering standards and ensure quality assurance across projects.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, acting as a key technical contact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 8+ years in controls/automation engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in platforms like Rockwell Automation, Allen-Bradley.
- Knowledge of industrial safety protocols and control panel design.
