Schedule:
- Hybrid: 3 days in-office (Brea, CA) / 2 days remote
Compensation:
- $29/hour
- Temp-to-hire potential based on performance and business needs
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Brea, CA. This hybrid role offers a dynamic opportunity to support marketing operations, project management, and content review processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong experience using Adobe Workfront and redlining documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track marketing projects and campaigns using Adobe Workfront
- Review and redline marketing materials to ensure brand, legal, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables
- Assist with project management tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution
- Support marketing initiatives by maintaining documentation and status reports
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Adobe Workfront software (required)
- Strong experience in redlining marketing or legal documents (required)
- Project management experience is a strong plus
- DSO (Dental Support Organization) experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
