Clinical Quality Control Inspector
Location: Bridgewater, MA
Pay Rate: $22/hour (Higher Depending on Experience)
Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
Join a trusted leader in clinical production and packaging. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Quality Control Inspector to ensure the quality and compliance of products at all stages of clinical production—from receiving and in-process to final inspection and distribution. This role is vital in managing multiple clinical lines and ensuring cold chain integrity, clinical blinding, and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, finished goods, and distribution shipments (ambient and cold chain).

Select products for testing at designated stages of clinical production.

Ensure work consistency across work orders to maintain clinical blinding protocols.

Manage multiple clinical packaging lines simultaneously, including mixed-lot orders and serialized kit numbers.

Accurately complete and review documentation for inspections and quality control activities.

Participate in pest control inspections and customer project/improvement teams as required.

Interpret formulas and apply quality/reliability standards.

Record inspection data using statistical quality control procedures.

Ship samples to customers and maintain proper storage of retain components/finished goods.

Support GMP, cGMP, and GCP compliance across all operations.

Perform all tasks in accordance with PAPR and company safety standards.

May require weekend and overtime work based on production needs.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
-
Regular movement and activity required: up to 75% of the workday involves walking, bending, lifting, or adjusting materials.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
-
Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception; must be able to focus effectively.

Must work near moving mechanical parts and wear protective equipment for the majority of the workday.

Noise level: Loud environment (ear protection may be required).
Required Qualifications

Proven attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Basic mathematical and computer skills (e.g., data entry, Microsoft Office).

Strong communication skills</strong>; able to participate in team discussions and quality meetings.

Ability to read and interpret standard written documentation and operating procedures.

Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a clinical or regulated manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with cold chain protocols and serialized product tracking.

Effective at presenting quality concerns or findings to stakeholders.

Adaptability to changing priorities and work environments.
