Our client is an industry leader in construction building materials for waterproofing, and air & vapor barrier in Carlisle, PA. Be a vital part of your community while advancing your career with us.
Pay Rate: $37.95 + $1 shift differential
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:30PM-7AM (3rd shift)
Duration: Permanent position with full benefits

What to Expect in Your Role: As an Industrial Electrician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electric motors, PLCs, lighting, HVAC systems, and other electronic equipment, while collaborating closely with the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Troubleshooting electrical issues, performing machine changeovers, and conducting preventative maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
- Reading and interpreting maintenance manuals, schematics, work orders, and technical documents to execute tasks effectively.
Is This Job Right for You? You might be an excellent fit if you:
- Have completed an accredited 8,000-hour apprenticeship, technical school program, or a related degree in the electrical field, along with a minimum of 4+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Possess a strong understanding of AC/DC circuits (100V, 200V, 480V, 2300V) and hands-on PLC programming experience.
- Are knowledgeable about hydraulic, pneumatic, and digital control systems, and can perform mathematical calculations and interpret technical documentation.
