Pay by Shift:
- A Shift: $16.00/hour
- B Shift: $17.60/hour
- C Shift: $18.40/hour
Are you looking for a hands-on job in a clean, team-focused environment? We are currently seeking Light Assembly Workers to join our growing production team! This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality work, and want to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually stack, feed, and unload products during production
- Use hands and arms to move, position, and assemble materials accurately
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
- Label, pack, and organize finished goods for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety protocols and production guidelines
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25–40 lbs]
- Previous assembly or production experience is a plus but not required
- Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
