CNC Machinist | Clifton Springs, NY
Pay: $20–$30/hr (based on experience and shift)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shifts:
- A shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00pm
- B shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- C shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Training on earlier shift)
Shift Differentials: 15% for 2nd shift, 20% for 3rd shift

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and run CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, and more)
- Make sure parts meet size and quality standards
- Use calipers, micrometers, and other hand tools to inspect parts
- Follow instructions and blueprints to run jobs
- Do basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment
- Work with a team to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Some experience running CNC or other manufacturing machines
- Good attention to detail and safety habits
- Comfortable using measurement tools
- Willing to learn more advanced skills on the job
