Job Posting: Warehouse CSR
Location: Pooler, GA
Pay: $16.50/hr
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Update and maintain customer records with current account information.
- Process both inbound and outbound freight efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of inbound receipts.
- Accurately enter customer orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring all order details are meticulously applied.
- Communicate effectively with external shipping warehouses about shipments and related issues.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate information using our computer systems and software.
- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
- Develop and uphold professional relationships with customers.
- Assist with workload during team members’ absences or when delays occur.
- Help foster a positive working environment within the Customer Service team.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess basic typing abilities.
- Experience with WMS systems like Camelot or Navis is a plus.
- Preferred: 6 months of experience in a Customer Service Representative role.
