Job details
Location: Blackjack Road, Mount Vernon, OH 43050
Shift: 5:45am – 6:00pm | Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Pay: $18.50/hr
Contract Length: 12 months – temp-to-hire
Dress Code: Steel-toed boots (required); no shorts, cut-off shirts, or open-toed shoes
Key Responsibilities:

Spot outbound trucks into load docks and verify dock-locks.

Operate bagging equipment to package finished goods.

Reclaim and refeed off-quality materials into production.

Maintain clean work areas: sweep floors, clean break rooms, blow down production lines.

Assist with Preventative Maintenance and general housekeeping.

Support safety protocols and follow standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:

1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Ability to read/write English and follow verbal/written instructions.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Intermediate math skills.
-
Must wear steel-toed boots.
