SNAPSHOT:
- Pay Rate: $17.80 per hour
- After completion of training, possibility of working Hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days from home) if you have your own equipment at home, otherwise, will need to work fully onsite.
This is an entry-level position responsible for data analysis and reporting within the Provider Network Relations department. You will be responsible for compiling and analyzing data from Salesforce and local databases, preparing daily email reports, and reviewing closed inventory to ensure accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Pull data from Salesforce and local databases to compile daily reports.
- Create and distribute email reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Review closed inventory cases to ensure accuracy and compliance with State, Federal, and Association mandates.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in data.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (some college or a degree is preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, saving, highlighting, etc.).
- Excellent email communication skills and experience navigating Outlook.
- Strong investigative skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate.
