Assistant Production Supervisor – Full Time
Location: Clifton Springs, NY
Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM / 3:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Training: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Assistant Production Supervisor to support day-to-day operations in a busy aerospace production environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership skills and manufacturing experience to grow their career in a stable and team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and enforce daily production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols

  • Assign work to team members and ensure job packets (routes, prints, work instructions) are complete

  • Issue and move materials as needed

  • Review job accuracy for labor and material usage

  • Assist with tracking and posting department KPIs

  • Conduct 6S audits and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Step into hands-on production tasks when required

  • Help oversee time and attendance records

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year technical degree preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of production experience and 2 years in a supervisory or lead role

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer skills required; experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word preferred

  • Willingness to learn ERP systems (Syteline experience a plus)
