What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Operations Assistant? You’ll be:
• Assisting shop managers with the scheduling of laborers to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
• Serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely responses in both languages
• Supporting the collections process by following up on outstanding payments and maintaining accurate records
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
