Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $19 per hour
Location: Pooler, GA

We are thrilled to announce an opening for a skilled and proactive Dispatcher to join our vibrant team in Pooler, GA. This role is integral to managing freight logistics inside the port, as well as throughout Savannah and its surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly coordinate freight logistics with clear communication.
  

• Facilitate effective interaction between customers, drivers, and colleagues.
  

• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
  

• Handle emails, Excel reports, and various data entry systems efficiently.
  

• Adapt swiftly to dynamic customer and operational demands.
  

• Contribute positively to our company’s culture.
  

• Consistently deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with GPA/Navis is essential.
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, email, and internet navigation.
  

• Reliable and capable under pressure, meeting deadlines accurately.
  

• Able to work independently, dependable.
  

• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• A collaborative team player with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  

• Willingness to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  

• High School Diploma required; college education preferred.
