Logistics Activity Coordinator
Primary Job responsibilities include:
• Work closely with a third-party logistics provider, as well as Quality, and Lab functions.
• SAP transactions: Tank inventory management, updating and posting production.
• Maintaining correct production data, pipeline transfers and managing corrections.
• Updating SAP with quality data and Certificate of Analysis.
• A separate small sample shipment role will be in charge of shipping out samples to customers and working with Dow’s customer service to meet customer needs.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 40 hours per week. Overtime eligible.
Experience needed: General SAP experience is required, experience with general Microsoft Office tools and other computer programs is desired. Knowledge of general DOT requirements and experience is required.
Desirable personal attributes: Strong initiative, teamwork and interpersonal skills will be essential.
