Kelly Services is seeking reliable and skilled CNC Production Machinists to join our team in Streetsboro. This role involves operating CNC machine tools with engineering support and training to produce high-quality components to customer specifications.
Opportunities are available for Entry-level to Experienced Machinists APPLY TODAY.
Location: Streetsboro
Pay: $20.00- $33.00 (Based on Experience)
Schedule:
- 4×10-hour shifts, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Rotating quarterly: Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri
- Optional voluntary overtime available on the fifth day
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machine tools under supervision and engineering guidance
- Change cutting tools as required
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to verify specifications
- Maintain production standards and documentation accuracy
- Adhere to 5S workplace organization and cleanliness standards
- Transport products using pallet jacks and tow motors
- Assist with general shop duties as needed
- Report directly to the Shop Supervisor
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Standing and walking for a minimum of 8 hours
- Lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance from crane or hoist
- Safety glasses provided by company
- Closed-toe leather shoes required (steel toe NOT required)
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic shop math skills
- Proficiency with inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, dial indicators
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Basic computer skills
Preferred:
- Trade school or machining certification (preferred NOT required)
- Experience in precision manufacturing
