Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-time
– Pay Rate: $17 per hour
– Shift: Monday to Thursday 11 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 11 AM – 3:00 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
– Maintain electronic individual files
– Complete data entry and upload necessary documents.
– Answer multi-line phones and direct calls, providing accurate information and assistance.
– Verify client insurance benefits to determine coverage and copays.
– Prepare and distribute meeting materials and agendas.
– Conduct initial intake interviews with potential clients to assess their needs and eligibility for service.
– Coordinate referrals to other providers or community resources as needed.
– Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an office environment.
– Experience with HIPAA laws.
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health is preferred.
– High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
