Join us at Polaris in Monticello, MN as an Assembly Worker for the 2nd shift. You will enjoy a schedule that lets you work from Monday to Thursday, giving you a 3-day weekend every week!
Responsibilities:
- Deburr, inspect, assemble, and leak test various parts while ensuring top-notch quality and safety standards.
- You will maintain production rates in terms of both quality and quantity, utilize measuring tools and inspection gauges, and identify non-conformances.
- Your role will also involve documenting actions and effectively communicating your operations.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of manufacturing/assembly experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
- High school diploma or GED required
Hours: 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM
Pay: $18.19 paid weekly
