Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Fort Lawn, SC
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire


Job Summary:

Kelly® is partnering with a premier manufacturing facility in Fort Lawn, SC to hire motivated and dependable Production Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repackage glass bottles into various casings on the production line


  • Sort bottles by serial number and perform visual quality checks


  • Palletize and transport full and empty bottles using safe lifting techniques


  • Apply caps, tighten, and ensure correct coding is applied to each bottle


  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace


  • Support additional production or general labor tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly


  • Comfortable standing and performing physical tasks for extended periods


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions


  • Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus


  • Team player with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
