Machine Molding Operator – Leading Optics Company
Location: Rochester, NY
Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift Available Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $17.00 – $18.00/hour

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain molding machines to produce high-quality optical components.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Meet production goals and deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating molding machines preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
