Location: Edison, NJ (Hybrid – 2 Days Work from Home)
Salary: $65,000–$70,000 (Full-Time)
Join a Fast-Paced Team Driving Operational Success Across Borders
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Project Coordinator to support critical supply chain and operations projects between 2 facilities.
In this hybrid role, you’ll help manage bill of materials (BOM) updates, support new product launches, reduce excess inventory, and ensure alignment between planning, inventory, and procurement teams.
You’ll be at the heart of operations—leading weekly meetings, troubleshooting delays, and keeping projects moving forward under tight deadlines. If you’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career while making a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and track BOM changes and ensure new items are fully set up and produced on schedule
- Conduct weekly meetings with the Monterrey team to ensure smooth execution of new production plans
- Partner with planning and procurement teams to track purchase orders and manage raw materials for new projects
- Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor and reduce excess or obsolete inventory
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, visual signage, and QR code transitions related to BOM versions
- Assist in locating substitute raw materials and resolving inventory challenges
- Assign GL codes and help close out BOM and project-related documents
- Generate and analyze weekly/monthly excess inventory reports and recommend process improvements
- Communicate effectively with teams in NJ and Monterrey to ensure clarity and efficiency across all project phases
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–3 years of experience as a project coordinator or operations support role
- Industry experience in office products or packaged goods is a plus
- Understanding of P&L and cost analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- Hybrid schedule – work from home 2 days per week after 30 days training
- Competitive salary of $65,000–$70,000
- Opportunity to work cross-functionally and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business
- Collaborative, supportive team environment
- Make a direct impact on supply chain and operational efficiency
