Snapshot:
Pay Rate: $16 / hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM
Must live in NY.

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Researching and responding to inquiries via telephone, email, walk-in, and mail from internal and external customers regarding plan benefits, claim payments, and eligibility.
• Meeting set statistical performance measures such as call length and daily call volume while maintaining high service standards.
• Acting as a liaison between customers, internal departments, vendors, and business associates to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with a minimum of six months of work experience; or two years of experience in a customer service setting in lieu of a degree.
• Possess excellent oral, written, and listening skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
• Are proficient with PC skills and can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy.
