Documentation Control Specialist – Jacksonville, FL

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Documentation Control Specialist at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL.  This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.  
This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from.   You’ll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time.  Employees also receive annual performance reviews. 

Title: Documentation Control Specialist
Location: Jacksonville (32256), onsite
Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8 hour day shift,
Duration: Long term contract

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical and administrative support to establish accurate and concise documentation of processes and procedures utilizing Microsoft Office, Formatting Solutions, and various supporting software packages.

  • Provide support for groups and subject matter experts to develop material into easily understandable text and ensure thoroughness and accuracy of all publications.

  • Deliver documentation on time and with the highest quality attainable within the project.

  • Provide Scheduling and lead reviews of documents created with SMEs to support project schedule.

  • Submit completed documents to a document control system for approvals and release.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2- years

  • High school diploma or equivalent
