Wire Bundler & Connector Assembler – 2nd Shift Needed!
Location: Syracuse
Shift Hours: 2nd Shift | 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM
Pay: $18.50/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team on the 2nd shift as a Wire Bundler and Connector Assembler for solar panel components. In this role, you will be responsible for bundling wire harnesses and attaching connectors used in solar energy systems. This is a hands-on, fast-paced production position ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bundle and organize wires according to specifications for solar panel systems
- Attach electrical connectors to wire ends using proper tools and techniques
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Read and follow work instructions, wiring diagrams, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet production goals and timelines
- Communicate any production or quality issues to the supervisor
- Follow all company safety guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wire assembly, electrical work, or manufacturing a plus
- Ability to read basic instructions and wiring diagrams
- Comfortable using hand tools and crimping devices
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality
