Wine Replenishment – Forklift Operator
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30AM start (8-10 hour shifts)
Pay: $17 per hour
Job Summary:
This role involves picking orders using a forklift and replenishing products in designated areas while following task sheets. It includes using technology to scan bins and operate power equipment, ensuring safety, sanitation, and security within the logistics environment. Flexibility is required for tasks like inventory control and shipment preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize daily task sheets to scan and verify products with technology.
- Move items to replenish bottle lines using a forklift.
- Complete quality assurance documents for inventory accuracy.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure stock security.
- Assist with inventory counts.
- Perform daily equipment checks and report issues.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keep the facility clean and organized.
- Support logistics security measures.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Age 18+
- Preferred six months of relevant experience.
- Forklift experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Knowledge of technology and products.
Critical Skills:
- Ability to use technology, inventory control, and quality control.
- Familiarity with handheld devices.
Working Conditions:
- Exposed to heat, humidity, and inclement weather in a non-temperature-controlled setting.
- Occasional work in refrigerated areas.
- Moderate noise with dust and fumes present.
Physical Requirements:
- Reliable attendance.
- Operate equipment at heights, frequently lift (up to 50-65 lbs), and stand and walk for long periods.
- Good balance required at heights.
- Specific vision abilities needed for various distances.
