Now Hiring: Junior Buyer (Hybrid) – San Mateo, CA
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8AM–5PM
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote
Pay: $25.00/HR
Duration: 6-month contract with potential to extend
About the Role:
Join the US Procurement team as a Junior Buyer, supporting purchasing operations from our San Mateo office.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with ordering goods and services following company guidelines
- Request and compare supplier quotes
- Create and track purchase orders
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams on order status
- Support supplier setup and maintain records
- Help resolve invoice and delivery issues
- Ensure documentation meets company standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and Excel skills
- ERP experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus, not required
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
