What’s a typical day as Workers Compensation Rep III? You’ll be:
• Analyzing and processing complex workers’ compensation claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.
• Managing a full caseload, including claims of increased severity, while developing action plans for each case.
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients, ensuring all files are properly documented.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 3-5 years of Illinois Workers’ Compensation claims management experience (must have).
• Hold a college degree or have an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
