Job Title: Food Quality Control Technician
Location: San Fernando, CA
Pay Rate: $21–$22/hr

About the Role:
Join a leading food science team as a QC Technician supporting quality testing for food products. You’ll conduct analyses on raw materials and finished goods to ensure product integrity and compliance with specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine QC tests (pH, RI, density, color, sensory, etc.)

Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials
-
Maintain lab equipment and calibrate instruments regularly

Record and track results in the QC system (FABS)

Collaborate with QC Chemists, R&D, and Production teams
-
Ensure all lab activities follow safety and quality protocols
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience

Experience in food testing or related quality control preferred

Strong attention to detail and sensory analysis skills
-
Able to work onsite in San Fernando, with flexibility to visit other facilities as needed
-
Comfortable with lab work, sample handling, and basic troubleshooting
