Kelly Services is seeking a Sr. Business Consultant in Chicago, IL. You will work with multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies, acting as a liaison across different facets of the business community and IT organization.

Snapshot:

• $50.00 per hour
  

• Temporary position
  

• Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 WFH per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects of moderate to high complexity
  

• Serve as a bridge between business partners and IT using Epic Systems
  

• Document and refine business requirements
  

• Solve complex problems independently using critical thinking and initiative
  

• Direct other staff members when needed
  

• Develop and support business cases with financial literacy
  

• Create and conduct influential presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or experience gathering and assessing business information systems and preparing system requirements
  

• 3+ years experience in Provider Networking or Health Care Management
  

• Managerial experience
  

• Epic Systems experience and clinical data understanding
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  

• Effective communication skills and teamwork aptitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Provider Network and Contracting experience
  

• AHIP Certification
  

• Knowledge of Health Care Legislation
  

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  

• Initiative and openness to learning
