Job Overview
The Industrial Engineer is responsible for optimizing production lines, enhancing manufacturing capabilities, implementing PLC programming, and driving efficient manufacturing processes. This role requires strong engineering and data analysis skills to support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Line Development:
Design and optimize final assembly processing lines to improve throughput and efficiency.
- Process Enhancement:
Transition processes from single to multiple lines by evolving manual tasks and integrating PLC programming solutions.
- PLC Programming:
Develop and maintain PLC programs to automate production equipment and drive multi-line process efficiency.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality departments to improve test yields and ensure product performance.
- Engineering Expertise:
Support process improvements by contributing knowledge across mechanical, automation, industrial, and quality engineering disciplines.
- Data Center Equipment Knowledge:
Apply deep understanding of data center equipment to enhance operations related to technology infrastructure.
- SOP Development:
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize practices and increase operational consistency.
