Kelly Science & Clinical is hiring a Process Operator for a premier client in the cosmetic manufacturing industry. This role supports process optimization, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. If you’re passionate about bringing the latest scientific discoveries to life and are ready to take the next step in your career, trust The Experts at Empowering Experts.

Job Overview:

The Process Engineer Technician improves manufacturing workflows by supporting batch production, troubleshooting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Duties:

  • Make lab batches and perform validations


  • Prepare raw materials and track inventory


  • Monitor and analyze production data


  • Assist with new equipment and technologies


  • Conduct routine maintenance and calibrations


  • Contribute to process reports and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Preferred degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field


  • Familiar with ISO, GMP, or FDA standards

Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail


  • Teamwork and communication skills


  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint


  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Monday.com

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 25 lbs; assist with heavier items


  • Stand, bend, and move for extended periods


  • Follow all safety protocols


  • Able to work independently or with a team


  • Flexible to shifts and weekend work
