Kelly Services is seeking a Manufacturing Production Line Lead for a busy Manufacturer located in Jacksonville, FL 32209
Pay-$20/hour
Schedule- M-F 6:00am-4:00pm
Temp to hire

Responsibilities:
- Lead Fabrication: Guide the assembly of sheet metal ductwork and fittings.
- Task Management: Delegate tasks and ensure targets are met.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality to meet standards.
- Team Training: Train team members in fabrication techniques and safety.
- Communication: Liaise with supervisors to report issues.
- Maintain Safety: Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Physical Strength: Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Activity: Stand and bend throughout shifts.
- Environment: Work in noisy and warm settings.
- Experience: 2 years as a Production Team Lead within a manufacturing facility and must have at least 2 years of production line experience within a manufacturing facility. Sheet metal assembly experience and press brake machine operator.
Tools & Equipment:
- Fabrication Machines: Use press brake, shears, etc.
- Hand Tools: Operate snips, drills, etc.
