Location: Polaris – Monticello, MN
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4-day workweek)
Shifts: 1st & 2nd
Pay: $19.00 & $20.33/hour (paid weekly)

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate CNC machines to produce precision vehicle parts


  • Load parts and confirm machine settings using measuring tools


  • Perform in-process inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges


  • Accurately document your work using IP sheets and checklists


  • Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues on the line


  • Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment


What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in manufacturing, CNC, or fabrication is a plus


  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift


  • Comfortable with repetitive motions including bending, lifting, and using hands/wrists for small-part assembly


  • High school diploma or GED required
